Simple home recipe for Sparkling Jasmine
1.0 - 1.5 g Jasmine Supreme tea
300 ml sparkling mineral water
1 x Jade Tea Infuser
Open the Jade Tea Infuser bottle and add in 1 - 1.5g of Jasmine Supreme tea into the top compartment of infuser. Add fresh sparkling mineral water to the lower compartment of infuser, and screw the top back on. Invert the infuser and store upright in refrigerator overnight.
Pour through a fine mesh strainer directly into champagne glass. Adjust amount of tea and steep time accordingly for personal preference.
